Thierry Mugler

Spring-Summer 2015 – The S/S15 by Thierry Mugler is based on a sexy and minimal attitude. The colour palette is almost totally played on black and white, with some tones of night blue, pastel pink and azure and flashes of ultra bright orange.

Shapes and constructions, showing an extreme attention to tailoring and details, draw contemporary and clean lines. Structured silhouettes are enriched with metallic inserts and asymmetric contrasts of volumes.

The female body is sinuously re-shaped through round openings on the garments, strategically revealing the skin and creating a nude look effect. In this way classic garments are transformed into modern pieces that reflects a new perception of femininity.
