Versace

Spring-Summer 2015 – Donatella Versace got inspiration from Cuba for her spring/summer collection. Cuban street scenes were plastered on macramé-embroidered shirts to give the Cuban feeling. Leather surfaced on the runway a couple of times that added an edge to the range. Models donned white underwear with togas and swimwear that were paired with towels to give the Roman appeal. Bold coloured jackets were printed with Cuban graffiti, which created a sense of vibrancy. The biker look was reinvented with a Cuban twist, as Havana Street scenes were adorned on leather jackets. Mesh tops combined with backpacks formed a casual look and is perfect for the summer breeze.
