Milan Fashion Week: highlights from the first shows

Frida Giannini’s collection mixed blues, mauves, peach and brown shades alongside washed denim jeans, and luxurious fur and crystal touches. Boots came in a range of finishes (including a sumptuous python) and featured the classic Gucci snaffle-bit detail. 

Frankie Morello 

At Frankie Morello models appeared in pink illustrated tops and semi-sheer fabrics, shod in platform lug-soled loafers. Designers Maurizio Modica and Pierfrancesco Gigliotti added laser-cut leather and plenty of pleats in mauve, black and white.
