Le Bon Marché collaborates with The Webster Miami

Get ready for a bit of magic as Rive Gauche meets Miami Beach. Classic Parisian ‘grand magasin’ Le Bon Marché is teaming up with The Webster, the Miami-based fashion boutique for a capsule collection inspired by the ‘all-white’ New Year promotions in French department stores.

The Webster’s Frenchie founder Laure Hériard Dubreuil has previously worked on collaborations with a number of brands including Suno and Target. But this time around a number of different fashion labels have been comissioned to work on all-white items. The inspiration came from Bon Marché founder Aristide Boucicaut who first dreamed up the idea of a month-long sale on home textiles, principally in tones of white, designed to pull shoppers back into his store after the holiday rush.

The line, rather nattily titled ‘Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche & The Webster Miami’, will hit the Paris store in mid-January where the Bon Marché windows will be dressed up like the lobby at The Webster. The items will also be available in the Florida store, which will get its own French touch.
