Kate Moss appears on new set of i-D covers

i-D has started off 2013 with four new covers featuring supermodel Kate Moss, photographed by Daniele + Iango and styled by i-D’s fashion director Charlotte Stockdale. This latest collaboration marks 20 years of collaboration between the London-based model and the avant-garde fashion and lifestyle publication.

“Kate Moss first featured on the cover of i-D in 1993. Little did we know that this impish imperfect beauty
would end up an international superstar and on more i-D covers than any other!” said Terry jones, i-D’s founder and editor-in-chief.

The four covers feature pieces from four of Spring/Summer 2013’s biggest collections. In the first shot Kate wears a Prada top with her hair crimped over one eye, while in another image a wide-brim hat from Hedi Slimane’s Saint Laurent collection shields part of her face.

A third cover shows Kate apparently nude, apart from Balenciaga rings and jewelry and a loose plait that falls over one shoulder. The final image features a Christian Dior necktie and crystal bracelet designed by the brand’s creative director Raf Simons.

Founded in London in 1980, i-D was recently purchased by US-based youth network Vice
