Shao Yen

Taiwanese-born, London-based designer Shao Yen has produced a quirky short film, backed by a clarinet soundtrack. Shot and edited by Penny Tu, the film sees a model explore reflections, cut cloth and cut-and-paste editing. Winner of the 2009 Fashion Weekend/Le Vif Award in Belgium, Yen has dressed Bjork and featured in Nicola Formichetti’s 2011 Pop Up Shop in New York.

‘Trickers’ Phillip Lim 3.1

New York City-based fashion brand Phillip Lim shows off its spring collection in a stylish new film. Directed by fashion photographer Jacob Sutton, with a soundtrack provided by Mutant Jukebox (which has previously worked with BMW, Loewe and Heineken), the video sees martial arts fighters spinning dramatically against a dark background.

Monsoon Spring Summer 2013 with Yasmin Le Bon

The Iranian-British model, and wife of Duran Duran singer Simon Le Bon, Yasmin Le Bon went to India to shoot Monsoon‘s Spring Summer 2013 campaign. The short film shows off some of the charms of Rajasthan, the center of the Indian block printing industry, and the location of Monsoon’s first ever lookbook shoot back in 1974.
