Cambodia

Cambodia is rapidly establishing itself as a fashion landmark. With the recent introduction of Cambodian Fashion Week and promising fashion designers such as Eric Raezina (the Cambodian designer known for his collaborations with Christian Lacroix), the eclectic national style is expanding to reach bigger audiences than ever before. Usually made using local Cambodian silk, the fashion of the country is traditionally African in its design. Traditional patterns and bright colours fused with oversized silhouettes are becoming the blueprint for contemporary designers leading a modern fashion revolution for a country often known for its sweatshops and slavery.
