Peter Pilotto Wins the Swarovski Collective Award

Peter Pilotto and Christopher de Vos have been announced as the first recipients of the Swarovski Collective Award – an award which 14 labels from London, Paris and New York competed for in a bid to win the 250,000 euro prize.

Regarding the news, Pilotto said “We’ve been a part of the Swarovski collective since last season and it is a wonderful support scheme… It is a tremendous honour to be the recipient of their first award – they are such an iconic partner with such an impressive archive and they are constantly innovative in every way.”

Despite common recognition for their prints, Pilotto and de Vos recently worked with the famous crystals, working with them through embellishments for their spring/summer 2015 collection and developing these ideas into the forthcoming autumn/winter 2015 line.

The brand is apparent to be on a winning streak lately, since winning the 2014 Vogue Fashion Fund, going on to break sales records with their collaboration with Target and securing investment from Meghal Mittal shortly after in January earlier this year.
