On Monday night, a section of New York’s Soho district was barricaded by NYPD police officers for a prestigious party hosted by Chanel.

At the NYC hotspot Balthazar, models and socialites flocked to the brand’s annual TFF Artists Dinner. The event celebrated artists of the past and present in support of the Tribeca Film Festival.

The party brought together figures from both the fashion and film industry, almost all of which sporting Chanel. Notable guests included Karlie Kloss, Nadja Bender, Constance Jablonski, Lindsey Wixson, Joan Smalls and Uma Thurman. Other guests were Carson Meyer, daughter of Universal Studios president Ron Meyer, and very unexpectedly the actor/comedian Denis Leary. The biggest name to show up to the party was Robert de Niro, who arrived over an hour late, holding up the dinner.

This glamourous event honoured several artists, including Prune Nourry, Daniel Arsham and Jean Pagliuso, who contributed original works, which were exhibited at Tribeca Film Festival.
