Baize

Baize fabric is manufactured from either cotton or wool usually. It is napped, meaning that it look different from different angles. It is loosely woven and made to resemble felt in its appearance. Typically green in colour, it is used for pool tables and card tables. Baize can also be used for linings, jackets, ponchos, shirts and aprons.
