Costume National

Spring-Summer 2014 – Costume National returned to the Milan schedule after 23 years today, and what a return, the entire collection was built around the deconstruction of tailored pieces in monochrome with burst of delicious neon yellow and rich royal blues. The polished pieces which, would look as though you daren’t sit and crease them, were sublimely minimal yet had a huge impact.

The clean-cut leather jackets with strap fastenings teamed with razor sharp trousers and side slit skirts are the season’s necessity from this label. It has that feel of high power New York but with the slick and class of the Milanese dresser, team that with the sexy cut out pieces and low cut form fitting elongated waistcoat’s and we have a sublime and elegant tailored collection fit for every savvy working girl’s wardrobe.
