民族风花样是一种以明确国家特色为基础的图案、设计或是图形，这些图案各个方面都不相同，但是都以这个国家的民族艺术为基本特色。这些花纹通常是大胆的，并且简明扼要的创造出戏剧化效果，并且通常是重复样式的。它们有一些列的颜色和规模，并且大多是印刷或者描绘在成布上而非直接织成。
