Moschino Cheap And Chic

Autumn – Winter 2013/14

Punk just grew up at Moschino Cheap and Cheap. Looks of luxe punk came down the runway with satin bombers, fur capes, handwriting emblazoned dresses with crucial animal print highlights.

Moschino delivered its youthful collection with the same rebellious attitude as ever, it was as if the typical girl next door had just listened to her first punk record. A fun, flirty vibe, carried by puffball skirts and bold graphics was merged with sharp tailoring and a suggestive nod to the underwear as outwear trend. The designs stuck to a strict monochrome palette and were lifted by flashes of pink and animal print to inject even more attitude into the pieces.

Moschino Cheap and Chic has a reputation for taking beloved classics and revamping them, always with a sophisticated edge, and this season was no exception.
