Philipp Plein

Spring-Summer 2015 – Philipp Plein has created a collection that has fused rock and roll with elements of water. Plein’s love for embellishments can be seen in this collection as well, as there were rhinestones and crystals displayed on the sleeves of some of the jackets. Models in marine-inspired garments walked down the runway that was next to the poolside. The heavy use of the colour navy and stripes fitted with the nautical theme, as it created a sailor’s look. Images of sharks were printed on sportswear and cotton t-shirts, which was in line with the water theme. Biker jackets and studded shoes formed the rock star appearance.
