Emilia Wickstead Woman Autumn-Winter 2016 – Emilia Wickstead’s London Fashion Week A/W 16-17 collection was both appropriate for the season and effortlessly stylish.
Utilising the structured silhouettes she is well known for, Emilia’s collection featured maxi dresses with high necklines and long sleeves that could be worn for years to come. Stripped multi-coloured A-line dresses featured alongside bell sleeved denim dresses. A deep plunging dress with small cut outs at the waist that revealed some skin to perfection. Voluminous maxi skirts were well styled with body hugging turtle necks. This contrasted beautifully with a sheer blue chiffon maxi dress.
A bright yellow pantsuit and gorgeous coats in black and navy made this a very wearable collection that could be in any fashion conscious working woman’s wardrobe.
The show was attended by Net-a-porter founder Dame Natalie Massenet and fashion darlings such as Alexa Chung and Olivia Palermo to name a few.
