Fascinator

A Fascinator is an accessory for women, it can be designed as a large clip or headband that is heavily embellished with feathers and beads. A fascinator is an alternative to a hat and is worn as part of formal attire, normally being worn as horse races and weddings. The fascinator has become a popular accessory to wear over the past decade but it is hard to say as to when it was first designed.
