邮差包同送信包非常相似，它是一款有大矩形包，有一根长肩带斜穿身体，有拉链或魔术贴固定，并在包前有一个大口袋。它通常在包前有一个大印花，质地是皮质的并有锁边设计。它之所以命名为邮差包是因为它日常所传递的东西，但是具体这个包最初是用来做什么的至今仍不明确。今天的邮差包是男女通用的携带运动物品、学习物品或个人物品的包款。
