巫师包主要是在部落里，用来帮助接收来自大自然的精神。这种包用一根长带挎过颈部，包上有一根拉绳。其内部应包含部落的土，并由巫师配带。

巫师包与弹药包在设计和使用上有异曲同工之处，但巫师包可能是皮质的。巫师包在今天多用做反应历史的部落装饰品。
