Autumn-Winter 2013/14

Gianfranco Ferré built a reputation as being the ‘Architect of Fashion’ and this title still applies to the label today. Creative directors Stefano Citron and Federico Piaggi took the label into a strong season this fashion week.

Stefano and Federico found their feet with a significantly more confident collection than we’ve seen before, the first they’ve presented out of Ferrés headquarters. The collection was noticeably dramatic with smoking jackets, bat-wing sleeves and thigh high sleeves.

The colour palette was perfectly suited to eveningwear with rich rose nudes, deep navy blue and lots of black. This mature colour palette kept the collection feeling sophisticated.
