Relaxnews: Which famous person – living or dead, historical or contemporary – could represent this new collection?
Corrie Nielsen: The individuals who have influenced the collection are all dead. Bram Stoker who wrote the Dracula novel, Joan of Arc and Peter Paul Rubens.

R: Where were you when you found the inspiration for this collection? What was the lightbulb moment?
CN: The inspiration comes from personal experience as well as an interest in these three individuals that made history through their examples to the world by representing true human emotion.

R: Rihanna is becoming a real style icon. Could she be a muse or a spokesmodel for your label, and if so, what outfit would you dress her in?
CN: That might be a bit difficult only due to aesthetic. Having said that, you never know.

R: Which designers have inspired you in the past, and who inspires you today?
CN: At this point in time I am only inspired by individuals that have shown true heart and leadership in the world.

R: What do you dislike about the world of fashion?
CN: Misleading promises, backstabbing, dishonesty and lack of support, all the things that drive a designer to madness and breakdowns within the industry.
