Backpack

Backpacks are bags which are worn on a person’s back, being held on with straps either one or two depending on the design. It is hard to tell when the backpack was created but it was originally used to carry the prey of a hunter. As time went on it was often designed in a cloth and used for carrying light weight objects, being donned the name backpack in 1910.

Now, backpacks can be used for hiking, thus taking on a stronger structure and different fabric compositions. In 2012 they are seen as something of a must-have accessory.
