Temperley London

Temperley London Women Spring Summer 2016 - Alice Temperley brought Cuban disco to a church in Central London today. Dappled lights danced around the magnificent venue for the launch labels Spring/Summer 16 collection.

Neon threads popped against white backgrounds on fresh summer dresses worn with panama hats, the intricate hand finished details creating a relaxed sense of elegance. Palm leaves adorn garments in both printed and embroidered form. Midi dresses with full skirts and nipped in waists were paired with sandals which criss-crossed up models’ calves. Brights turned to hues of blue, yellow and pink; each dress more stunning than the last. Silver gowns which glittered under the disco ball provided some eveningwear options. Sheer details were sexy and subtle, tassels adorned skirts and were seen on accompanying scarves also.

Temperley has a unique ability to provide elegance with a twist, timeless silhouettes which translate easily into modern life. This presentation was a beautiful taste of Havana and left us wishing for warmer climates.
