Spring-Summer 2013 – It was the embodiment of a beautiful Indian summer’s day as Williamson’s celebrated his 15th anniversary with sumptuous shades of azure, turquoise and navy, plush purple, and the perfect mix of pink with orange. Inspired by artist Shane McAdams landscapes, runny inky tones worked wonders, running down shorts, and both cropped and flared trousers. Smart jackets were impeccably sharp and tailored with discrete embellishment around the waist and the collar. What started as a mosaic of beading on tops, soon went on to encrust entire dresses that shimmered with each step. Blue baroque printed skirts and sash dresses complimented plain azure coloured dresses and blouses. The powerful prints and colour palette were offset with pristine tailored shirts, blazers and blouses refining the wilder colours. Sunset orange dresses made way for blazon pinks before a flurry of debonair maxi dresses finished what was a sumptuous collection.
