Autumn-Winter 2012/13 – The Chloé girl is synonymous with the pretty girl, but this time round the pretty girl brought with her an element of rock that has been so pertinent in all the fashion weeks. This came by way of a leather and the backdrop of the rocky soundtrack. Even so, the softer shades of sand, lemon, nectarine and peach ensured the lightness that is so identifiable with the brand, was there. With this, came the slouchy silhouette aided by the jogging-style trousers, thick quilted coats and low-rise waists. The Chloé girl is consistently understated, but in a way that works so well for the delicate look: lace embossed tops; knitted jumpers; breezy skirts, and easy-going dresses – the wearability of the collection being so important here. Outwear was sterling, and a noticeable part of the collection with military oversized parkas, exaggerated collar, and an oversized nature in both width and length.
