Cast have partnered with a well-established production business based in Reading.
Who are looking to strengthen its senior management team with the recruitment of an experienced Sales & Warehouse Manager.
The Sales & Warehouse Manager will take on the responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Sales and Warehouse teams.
What we need from you?
With a recognised sales warehouse management career to date; you will have experience working with a team. All candidates must demonstrate strong motivational and communication, commercial.
Required skills:
* Experience of working within a warehouse environment.
* Experience managing incoming sales via website & telephone
* Strong customer service skills
* Creating Reports
* Knowledge of warehouse/ stock management systems.
* Proven experience of supervising / managing a team
* Experience of disciplinary / grievance procedures.
* A good communicator both verbal and written
* Excellent PC skills
* A flexible team-based approach
* General awareness of health and safety
Remuneration
