KeyResponsibilities:

* Lead People Strategy through a period of growth,
* Develop a best in class and modern People Department through structure mapping, progress planning, recruitment strategy and L&D,
* Use data to inform decisions and focus on key metrics including engagement, retention, etc.
* Focus on long term strategy whilst maintaining day to day support,
* Manage HR team, supporting day to day operational support and team development and succession planning,
