Role Profile
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to have a big impact in an expanding operation and to play a key role in supporting how they continue to improve globally across the UK US & Far East locations.
Responsibilities will include:
* Operations facilities management - direct responsibility for properties, facilities and office management, including smooth day-to-day running; understanding and responding to business growth and changing needs; ensuring effective longer term planning; and managing and negotiating with property and service providers.
* Change management & improvements - identifying, prioritizing and planning improvements to our property and office management activities; and working across teams to successfully manage the key projects through to delivery
* Risk management - risk management policies, procedures and insurance arrangements related to our operations activities and physical locations
This includes providing an office environment that supports high quality client interactions, effective collaboration, team well-being and delivering on our office related Environmental Social and Governance commitments across expanding global locations.
Skills & Experience
* highly results driven, with an ability to drive projects/ process improvements and make things happen
* experience in project managing, planning, tracking, process improvement and/or change management areas
* practical experience in project and change management tools and practices, including agile methodologies and training/coaching other in this area
* deliver to a very high quality with strong attention to detail and eagerness 'to go the extra mile'
* strong finance/ analytical abilities and good commercial sense
* team player with a high level of integrity, a positive "can-do" attitude and openness to learning
* able to demonstrate leadership and confidence upward and downwards; strong interpersonal skills ideally tested in multi-national multi-cultural environment
* highly organised and efficient self-starter, able to multitask and prioritise own workload
* works well under pressure and to tight deadlines where required
