Credit Controller
Derby
£25,000 + Benefits
Role Profile
Cast UK are working in partnership with an expanding Distribution business, who have recently grown by acquisition, to assist them with the recruitment process of a Credit Controller, to be based in Derby.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deciding on credit and payment terms for new and existing debtors
* Responsibility for cash collections within terms
* Compile weekly receipts forecasts
* Compile and act upon debtors aged listing reports
* Apply and review credit insurance cover as required
* Report on bad debts and debtor days
* Be able to understand and deliver information from our accounting system.
* Responding to queries by our Sales team and customers via phone and e mail
* Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all our customers
* Facilitating the effective resolution of invoice related queries
* Accounts reconciliations, generate invoices
* Liaise with other offices Globally and other internal teams locally to ensure efficient order flows
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience of dealing with a large customer base and working in a fast moving and complex environment
* Highly motivated with the ability to work in a team as well as individually
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Exhibit excellent organizational skills and attention to detail along with a proven ability to meet deadlines
* Possess problem solving skills, and using these skills when decision making
* Good IT skills with previous experience of Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Have a proactive approach to work
* SAP experience would be advantageous
