Assistant General Manager - East Midlands - £65,000 - £70,000

Who you'll be working for:
My client is a global distributor, providing supply chain solutions for thousands of companies.

What you'll be doing:
* Managing relationships with customers, both operationally and financially.
* Developing and maintaining business plans to identify account objectives, vision, KPI's, measures for success.
* Managing profit and loss accounts.
* Maintaining and complying with all Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
* Driving service improvements by promoting, supporting and implementing continuous improvement across the site.
What we need from you:
* Strong Profit and Loss, budgeting, and financial reporting experience is essential.
* 3PL experience is essential.
* Experience leading a site for 12 months minimum.
* The ability to lead a team to succeed in achieving business goals.
* A passion for continuous improvement with the business.
* Fantastic organisational skills, with the ability to plan and manage own time.
* Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Ambition and strong work ethic with the desire to progress your career in Logistics.
