贝雷帽是一种覆盖头顶的帽款，前面的帽舌为松散面料。贝雷帽的历史最早可以追溯到14世纪的英格兰和意大利。这种帽子在18世纪前都叫做软帽，而在苏格兰软帽这一名字沿用至今。它们通常由花呢或羊毛搭配棉花或丝质内衬制成，贝雷帽在20世纪20年代开始广泛使用，尤其是工薪阶层和上层阶层的人很多都佩带不同面料质地的贝雷帽款式。贝雷帽也叫做高尔夫球帽。
