手绘花样基本上指一些看起来像是手工绘制的花样。紧密手绘花样就是这样的类型，指的是花样是紧密、细致、精细的，宽松手绘则要自由又风格化的多。这些花样通常是重复的，有许多颜色可用，和画作一样类似。它们也是印制在成布上的。
