Home based - Midlands or South

£30,000-£35,000 + Uncapped bonus + Company Car

Role Profile

A leading workwear business is looking for a brilliant Area Sales Manager to join their Hospitality and Catering team. Working alongside the Head of Business Development, this role will allow you the freedom to work independently with as much entrepreneurial spirit as you can muster.
We are looking for someone who gets a buzz out of selling, who is super personable, can win juicy new accounts and look after our existing customer base in workwear industry. We would like you to be energetic, have great interpersonal skills, and love dealing with people. You'll be highly motivated, organised and a self-starter who doesn't wait for direction. You will thrive from working in a fast-paced environment and have lots of get up and go.

Candidates are sought who had ideally had some previous exposure to field sales. Experience across the hospitality sector and/or Workwear sector would also be highly desirable. The business will however be interested in confident, outgoing and ambitious candidates who have the ability to pick up this role. The ability to self manage your time is critical as is the ability to always put the needs of the customer first. Being able to add value to customers is essential, and you must be able to demonstrate how you have added value across multiple customers; both existing and new business. Basic Microsoft Office skills are required, in particular Excel. A tenacious, determined and customer focused outlook is what will serve candidates well in this process.

This is a field-based role that will involve travel throughout the southern area of the UK, therefore you must be a self-starter with the ability to effectively and efficiently plan your own diary.


£30,000-£35,000 + Uncapped bonus + Company Car
