Wallet

A wallet is an item that is used to carry money, credit cards and forms of identity in. Wallets are usually made of leather and are small enough to be carried in the pocket. A wallet has been identified since the fourteenth Century, deriving form the Greek word Kibisis. Since then it was used for holding coins in the Renaissance period and smoking paraphernalia, holding cards in it since the 1950s. At present wallets can be found in many designs and fabrics with many slots for identity, cards and money.
